Vivek is a highly accomplished and experienced professional in the hospitality industry, with a remarkable career spanning over 25 years. He commenced his journey with Sterling Resorts following the completion of his Master in Tourism Administration from Jiwaji University Gwalior in 1997. As a preopening specialist, Vivek has gained valuable insights into hotel operations and possesses a deep understanding of revenue, sales, and marketing strategies for new openings hotels through his involvement with prestigious preopening hotels like Radisson Shimla, Radisson Khajuraho, and Park Plaza Chandigarh.

His career further expanded as he has worked with various standalone properties and renowned brands, including Timber Trail, Manali Resorts, Sarovar Hotels, and ultimately Alcon Victor, which owned four hotels in Goa: Radisson, Deevaya, and Dona Sylvia. In 2015, Vivek joined The Consortium team as the co-founder of JAYVEE Hotels( a sister Concern of TCH) and later assumed the role of a full-time Director with The Consortium Hotels. With extensive experience in Sales, Marketing, , Revenue management, and business planning along with budgeting, Vivek consistently works toward delivering profitable results. He leads by example, actively engaging with multiple teams to ensure the implementation of exceptional and integrated accounting, financial, and purchasing systems.

When Vivek is not crunching numbers, you will find him on a Treadmill or on Grounds working on his fitness that refreshes and prepares him for the hard work that he does every day. We call Him “ COOLNESS PERSONIFIED “
